Account deletion

Delete your account

What is erased, and what must remain

You can permanently delete your Mingful account and its data at any time from inside the app — no need to contact us. Deletion cannot be undone, there is no grace period, and no identifiable reading data is kept afterwards. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription; cancel it in that store first so you are not charged again.

Delete in the app

Open the Mingful app.
Go to the Me tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
Read the notice, then tap “Permanently delete account” to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details, including email, display name and any linked Google or Apple sign-in
Birth details and Four Pillars charts
Every generated reading, plus your Ask Mingful and decision questions and answers
Daily fortunes, check-ins and outcome feedback, and share cards (public cards are purged from the cache too)
Face and palm features derived from scans, and any original photo still in storage (originals already expire 20 hours after upload)
Push notification settings and device registrations

What is kept, and for how long

Payment and refund records — kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations, no longer linked to your account.
Usage and error logs — kept for up to twelve months under their normal retention, then deleted.
A de-identified record of the deletion holding only status and timestamps — removed after 30 days.
If you opted in to analytics, pseudonymous events already sent to PostHog are not removed automatically; email us to request their deletion.

If you no longer have the app

You don't need to reinstall it. Email support@predvix.com from the address you registered with, using the subject “Delete account”; we verify the sending address and delete the account for you. If you signed in with Google or Apple, write from that account's email address. A guest account that was never saved to an email, Google or Apple sign-in can't be verified by email, so delete it in the app before uninstalling.

Timing

Deleting in the app takes effect straight away: your access ends and your personal data is erased promptly. Photo and share-card files are queued for removal after a 15-minute upload-safety window, with automatic retries if storage is briefly unavailable. Requests made by email are completed within thirty days.
